Install and verify
Install from Google Play only, and check the developer name and review history before opening.
- Open Google Play on your Android device and search for the broker's official application.
- Check the developer name on the listing before installing — copycat apps use similar icons and names.
- Install, open the app and choose between signing in to an existing account or registering a new one.
- Complete two-factor authentication setup on first launch so the device is registered as trusted.
- Open a demo account first and place a small test order to confirm order handling behaves as expected.
Make notifications reliable
Set the app to unrestricted battery usage, allow notifications including alarms where offered, and disable data saver for the app. Manufacturer skins from several Android vendors add a second layer of app killing that must be disabled separately.
Fixing frequent errors
Login loops after a password change are resolved by a full sign-out. Chart loading failures usually mean a filtered network — test on cellular data to confirm.
