What we collect
This site is an informational resource. It does not hold trading accounts, process payments or handle identity documents. Where a contact form is used, we process only the details you submit in order to reply.
- Contact form submissions: name, email address and message content
- Aggregate analytics such as page views and approximate region
- Technical data your browser sends with each request, including IP address and user agent
How the information is used
Contact details are used solely to respond to your enquiry. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand which guides are useful. We do not sell personal data and we do not build advertising profiles.
Third parties
Hosting, analytics and any embedded services process data on our behalf. Links to brokers and app stores are external; once you follow them, that provider's own privacy policy applies.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you, and you can object to processing. Use the contact page to make a request; we respond within a reasonable period.
Retention and security
Contact messages are retained only as long as needed to handle the enquiry. Data in transit is protected by HTTPS.
